He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his children, Deb Rohrer (Lany), Douglas Johnson, Roger Johnson (Jamie), Terry Johnson and Todd Johnson (Kristin). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
