He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Milner (Shirley) and Karen Kirby (Richard); the fathers of children, Jody Noland, Billy Milner Jr. (Becky) and Kelly Guinn (Darren); his children, Sharon Niemann (Greg), Sandra Arnett (Terry), Susan LaPlant (Jim) and Shayne Hayes (Lorie); and his spouse Irish.
