Billy Frank Ruark Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Frank Ruark of Wichita, Kansas, born in Hamilton, Kansas, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Ruark Sr. and Bessie Leona Watson Ruark; his wife Twila Jean Pugh; and his daughter-in-law Deanne Ruark. He is survived by: his sons, Roger Ruark of Wichita, KS, Cary Ruark (Lisa McQuade) and Mark Ruark (Julia Van De Ven); and his sister Donna Lackey of Sterling, KS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

Memorials may be given to Pathway Christian Church, Wichita or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
