He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Peg" Theis (Martin); and his grandparents, Nicholas F. Martin, Joseph Theis and Betty Theis. He is survived by: his father Richard Theis; his children, Isabella Maria Theis and Joseph Jeremiah Theis; his wife Iatziri Theis (Guadalupe); his son Alexander Aleman (Alex); his sister Erika Posch (Caleb); his nieces, Jordyn Posch and Zoey Posch; and his grandmother Barbara Martin. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (318 Rush Ave, Andale, KS 67001).
