He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda Smith. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Reach (Ryan) and Shane Smith (Misti); and his brothers, Tim Smith (Pat) and Mike Smith (Sheila). He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
