He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Edward and Velma Lee Ross (Harryman); and his wife Phyllis Anderson (Watt). He is survived by: his children, Ronna Keagle (George) of Georgetown, Texas, LeAnn Flores (Andrew) of Beebe, Arkansas and Kevin Ross (Linda) of Georgetown, Texas; his stepchildren, Debra Hiers (Jeff) of Dodge City, Kansas, Terry Anderson (Linda) of Peachtree City, Georgia and Laura Andrews (Bret) of Arlington, Texas; and his brother Dale Ross of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church or Dodge City Community College Foundation for student scholarships through Swaims Funeral Home.
