It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile H. Seward (Wichita, Kansas), who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Chevreau and Therese Chevreau; her husband Rev. Paul E. Seward; her daughter Celine A. Binkley; and her sister Huguette Clemence Chevreau.

She is survived by: her daughter Lydie Terry (Roger); her grandchildren, Blaine Terry, Blair Terry, Evan Binkley and Cameron Binkley; her great grandchildren, Allison Parker Binkley and Landri Jo Streich; and her sisters, Josette Adams (Olen), Renee Fransoise Chevreau and Chantal Fouillet (Rene).
