He is survived by: his father Charles Bellamy; his wife Connie; his children, Koni (Dave), Jennifer (Phil), Butch (Laura) and Ed; his daughter-in-law Michele; his sister Patricia Isabell; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Savannah, Lance, Natalie, Jessica, Alysha and Josh. He is also survived by his 20 great-grandchildren.
