He is survived by: his father Charles Stovall; his son Monty Stovall; his wife LaNetra Halcromb Stovall; his sisters, Cheryl Woods of Accokeek, MD and Frances Stovall of Wichita, KS; his stepson Bronson Blackwell (Sheron) of Houston, TX; his nephew Marcus Brown of Beaumont, TX; his nieces, Shaunda Harrell-Frazier of Accokeek, MD and Lynnett Harrell of Waldorf, MD; his great-nephew Ca'Ron; and his great-niece Sariyah. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.
Professionally, Dwayne dedicated over 20 years to public service, making significant contributions to the Wichita Fire Department, where he served with distinction as Battalion Chief and Operations Division Commander until he retired in August 1996.
