He was predeceased by: his mothers, Audra Jerl Blalack and Alice Alberta Blalack (Gregg); his wife Barbara Walker-Blalack; his daughter Debbie Blalack-Hains; and his brothers, Jerl Blalack and John Keith Blalack.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Rader (Robert "Sid"); his stepson Brian McCabe; his son-in-law Pat Hains; his grandchildren, Lindsay Rader (Jeffrey Lehmann), Jacob Rader, Phillip Baker, Peter Baker (Shani Foeller), Joshua McCabe, Megan McCabe (Sean Allison), Jesse McCabe, Katelyn McCabe and Madalyn McCabe; and his loved ones Jesus. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.
