He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smalley and Marie Wilson; his stepfather Leon M. Wilson; and his wife Billie Joan Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kelly (Robert) of Manitou Springs, CO and Scott Wilson (Sherri) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Paige Guffey (Josh) of Kansas City, MO and Cassandra Wilson (Alex Shoaee) of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchildren, Kirra Guffey, Reese Guffey and Violet Shoaee; and his brother Richard L. Wilson of Olathe, KS..

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Habitat for Humanity, 130 E. Murdock, Ste. #102, Wichita, KS 67214 .
