It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte M. Himes of Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Marvin Shobe and Ethel Shobe (Prilliman); and her sisters, Betty Ravenstien and Connie Hartman. She is survived by: her brother Don Shobe (Jean) of Goddard, Kansas; her children, Steven Himes (Nancy Eakin) of Huntley, Illinois and Kenna Flicker of Wichita, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jolie Quick (Mike), Jessica Himes, Elana Miller (Shawn) and Shana Mencher (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Siena, Avery, Kensie, Delaney, Keira and Aubrey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Conway Springs Methodist Church (411 S 8th St, Conway Springs, KS 67031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
