He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Patrice Cotter; and his father Dexter Keith Cotter. He is survived by: his pet Ruby; his mother Orma Lee Cotter of Wichita; his children, Abbey (Zach) of Wichita and Eric of Wichita Falls, Texas; his brother Douglas Cotter (Connie) of Wichita; and his close friend Ruby. He is also survived by the dog; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives & friends.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (645 N 119th St W, Wichita, KS 67235). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
