He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Gletha Mae Black (Bolinger). He is survived by: his wife Lonna Black; his children, Michelle Pike and Gary Pike; his siblings, William (Kathy Black), Susan (Don Edwards) and Sally; and his grandchildren, Elliot, Isabelle, Kaley and Lily.
