He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Gillock; and his grandparents, Maggie, Cruz Trillo and Daniel Gillock. He is survived by: his mother Terry J. Gillock (Trillo); his siblings, Jason Lee Gillock and Lisa Diane Lopez of Wichita; his grandmother Dixie Gillock of Arkansas City; his aunt Michelle Howell of Augusta; and his uncle Robert Gillock of New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
