He is survived by: his parents, Merlin "Skip" Mills and Jeanette Mills (Obee) of Hutchinson; his wife Elly Mills; his son Bastian Mills (Caytlin) of Wichita; his stepchildren, Britany James and Aaron Carter (Damian); his grandchildren, Dante, Luna, Liam, Dravin, Destiny and Dexter; his sister Jennifer Schissler of Sterling; and his nephews, Nicholas and Zachary Schissler.
