It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy E. Spangler (Wichita, Kansas), born in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Motley and Audra Motley; and her brother Wilbur Motley. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Barry Sinclair (Tisha) of Topeka, KS, Jenise Colyer (Josh) of Des Moines, IA, Chris Spangler (Jen) of Phoenix, AZ and Lindsay O'Hara (Ryan) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, McKenna, Sadie, Jordyn, Caleb, Ian, Joel, Kietlyn, Elaina, Cody, Landon, Grayson, Penelope and Florence; and her great grandchild Charli. She is also survived by two brothers, nine sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
