Connie Palacioz Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 19, 2026, Connie Palacioz (Wichita, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Cuellar and Guadalupe Castaneda; her stepfather Aurelio "Willie" Castaneda; her siblings, Lala Rodriguez (Henry), Jay Cuellar, Isie Palacioz (Tony) and Russ Cuellar; and the father of her children Chris Palacioz.
She is survived by: her children, Leticia "Tish" Nielsen (Ran) of Wichita, Joe Palacioz (Cristina) of Hutchinson, Chris Palacioz (Vickie Jones) of Wichita and Jerry Palacioz (Debbie) of Newton; her foster son Tony Martinez (Sophie) of Newton; and her sister-in-law Judy Cuellar of Newton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 415 S. Ash St., Newton, KS 67114; Bishop Carroll Catholic High School, 8101 W. Central Ave., Wichita, KS 67212; and Doc's Friends, P.O. Box 771089, Wichita, KS 67277.
