She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Winegarner and Kathy Winegarner of Lake Village, AR; her sons, David Allen Winegarner and Levi Eugene Winegarner; and her siblings, Jon Winegarner of Winder, GA, Jennifer Miller (Bill) of Wichita, KS and Arthur Winegarner of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Jennifer Miller on behalf of David Allen Winegarner.
