She was predeceased by: her father Furman Smith Sr. Cynthia. She is survived by: her mother Emma Jean Smith; her husband Roderick M. Byrd; her daughter Jordyn E. Byrd; and her siblings, Furman Smith Jr., Christopher Smith, Pamela Patrick and Jacqueline Smith.
