He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Brinda; his wife Terril Brinda; his father Charles "Bud" Brinda; and his son Nathan Brinda. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Lutter and Gary Brinda; and his children, Harvey Brinda, Anna Brinda, Regina Orloske, Audie Bartnick (Joe), Carlton Brinda (Jen), Rita Ortega, Molli Brinda, Paula Rader (Alan), Eileen Davis, Veronica Wright (Randy), Marcus Brinda (Olya) and Drew Brinda. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Christ the King Church (4411 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
