He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Guy and Geraldine Guy (Schwind); his sister Karen Guy; and his wife Dorothy Guy. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Cordova, Gwin Baker (Tim), Toni Guy-Calisti (Robert), Stacey Archer (David), Kathy Tims (Mack), Leslie Anderson (Jerry), Laura Matthews (Jerry) and Dani Womack (Damien).
