He is survived by : his parents, Joann Barnard and Daniel Barnard of Union, Kentucky; his brothers, Michael Barnard of Indianapolis and James Barnard of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his children, Brandon Barnard of Walton and Abbey Barnard of Union, Kentucky. He is also survived by his family and friends.
