Miller; his brother David Miller of Wichita, KS; his children, Dana Kalbe (Chris) of Collinsville and Craig Miller (Shellie) of Maize, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jayden Kalbe (Kasandra), Averi Hilton (Tristen), Sawyer Miller, Danica Miller and Ella Kalbe; and his great grandchildren, Brantley and Lainey Kalbe.
