He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parker and Ruby Parker (Hemry); his siblings, Kenneth Parker, William Parker, Robert Parker and Dorothy Hunt; and his son Sgt. Evan Parker.

He is survived by: his wife Tanya F. Daniels; and his sons, Andre' (Elizabeth), Lance (Stacey) and Brian. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
