He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neises and Martha Neises (Landis); and his sister Nancy Tucker (Ron). He is survived by: the mother of his children Cynthia Ross; his grandchildren, Riley Basham (Austin), Kyler Sanders, Keith Sanders, Peyton Neises, Cooper Neises, Bryce Bell, Gage Bell, Taelyn Bell, Jackson Neises, Bryant and Brenden Reyes; his great grandchildren, Palmer and Georgia Basham; his siblings, Leroy, Martin (Lou), Marvin (Kathy), Wanda Seal (Ted), Ileen Weber (John) and Maryann Neises; Jennifer Sanders (Dee), Kevin Neises (Tonya), Ryan Neises (Crystal), Derek Reyes (Brandi) and Cory Reyes (Nicole).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church. A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in David's name to St. Andrew School and can be left with Countryside Funeral Home.
