He is survived by: the mother of his children Cynthia Ross; his grandchildren, Riley Basham (Austin), Kyler Sanders, Keith Sanders, Peyton Neises, Cooper Neises, Bryce Bell, Gage Bell, Taelyn Bell, Jackson Neises, Bryant and Brenden Reyes; his great grandchildren, Palmer and Georgia Basham; his siblings, Leroy, Martin (Lou), Marvin (Kathy), Wanda Seal (Ted), Ileen Weber (John) and Maryann Neises; Jennifer Sanders (Dee), Kevin Neises (Tonya), Ryan Neises (Crystal), Derek Reyes (Brandi) and Cory Reyes (Nicole).

Memorials can be made in David's name to St. Andrew School and can be left with Countryside Funeral Home.
