He is survived by: his son Joshua Weir of Of Wichita, KS; his siblings, Randy Burns (Anabelle) of Wichita, KS, Valeri Paiva of Wichita, KS, Leslie Proctor (Duane) of Wichita, KS and Lori Anderson (Michael) of Douglass, KS; and his granddaughter Isabel Paiva. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
