He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Rinke and Lucille Rinke (Schweppenstedde); and his stepson Tim Nevergall. He is survived by: his wife Alice J. Rinke (Fleenor); his children, Joe Rinke (Paula) of Rock Hill, SC, Jeff Rinke of Haysville, KS and Connie Carpenter (Scott) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Jeffery, Zach, Megan and Taylor; his siblings, Sonny Rinke and Ruth Brown; and his stepchildren, Rolland Nevergall, Ziana Lies and Susie Nevergall. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren; numerous step-great-grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
