She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bauer and Naomi Rausch; her husband James Unrein; her siblings, Richard Bauer, Chris Bauer, Anita St. Peter and Suzette Cotton; and her sister-in-law Teri Short.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffaney and Lindsay Bass; her grandchildren, Alexis Matlock (Sam), Daniel Frampton, Gage Meek, Tyson Courtright, Matt, Miles Forbus and Kenzie Hansmeyer (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Madison Matlock, Dynasty Courtright, Aubrey and Ava Hansmeyer.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Median Shrine Center (130 N Topeka Ave, Wichita, KS 67202).
She donated religiously to the Shriners Foundation, Fire Department, ASPCA, and Wichita Police to name a few.
