She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester L White and Golda Lowery White; her sister Norma Jean Burkhart; her former husband Ron Hembree; her son Mark Allen Hembree; and her husband Howard Pack.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lanis; her grandchildren, Reece and Grace; and her brothers, Leon White and Dennis White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
