He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil McCallum and Geraldine McCallum; and his siblings, Ron McCallum and Jane Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl McCallum; his daughters, Christy McCallum and Jennifer McCallum (Luke Nagl) of Overland Park; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Megan, Madeline Bogard and Gwen "Sage" McCallum-Nagl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, relatives, and friends.
