He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Ariaz and Jackie Ariaz; his brother Jeremiah Ariaz; his pets, Malibu and Apollo; his aunts, Dr. Jill Doerfler Iniguez and Juanita Patterson; his uncle Eric Patterson (John Ramirez); and his cousin Dr. Greg (Leslie Ramirez).
In lieu of flowers, to honor Deverick and his love for dog's, memorials can be made to Kansas Humane Society.
