He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Guthridge and Joyce Guthridge; and his siblings, Sherry Nighswonger and Gary Guthridge. He is survived by: his wife Rita Guthridge; his sons, Justin Guthridge (Lori) and Zach Guthridge; and his grandchildren, Connor (Maddie), Jack and Sloane Guthridge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
