He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Newton and Mary Clair Campbell (Walker); his brother Timothy Michael Campbell; and his nephews, Major Ian Campbell Brinkley and Shaun Robert Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lee Campbell (Wheeler); his children, Matthew Walker Campbell, Laura Beth Campbell Rhoades, Andrew Charles Campbell (Bethany Jo) and David James Campbell (Megan Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Genevieve, Jameson, Evelyn, Olivia, Madeleine, Caroline, Iris, Charles and Baby Campbell; and his siblings, Shannon Brinkley (David), Pam Parrish (Bill), Chuck Campbell (Sue) and Joel Campbell (Kim).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Derby Chapel (1415 N Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1020 N 2nd Ave, Mulvane, KS 67110).
