He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his son Mark (Barbara); his sister Nancy Kelley; his grandchildren, Ryan (Chelsea), Brandon and Leann Holder (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Stella, Henley Patterson and Gunner Holder.
