She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Sink and Louise Sink; her husband Glenn Edwin MacKay; her brother-in-law Charles Ray MacKay; and her great-nephew John Luke.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer "Jenny" Ennis, Glenda Smith and Matt Ennis; her granddaughters, Olivia and Eleanor of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; her son Andrew Smith; her grandchildren, Kaytee and Kylee of Wichita; her niece Charlena MacKay of Wichita; her great-niece Madyson of Wichita; and her sister-in-law Mary MacKay.
