She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Adams; and her parent Essie L. Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Cuffman, Carlos Adams, Christina Maloney and Alonzo Adams; and her sister Edwena Jones. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jackson Mortuary Chapel (1125 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67214). A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Will Follow Funeral Service in Winfield Veteran Cemetery (1208 N College St, Winfield, KS 67156).
