Douglas Ashley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Douglas Ashley (Wichita, Kansas). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Norma Jean Ashley; his daughter Norma Jean Ashley; and his brother Jerry Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ashley of Wichita, Kansas; his children, Larry Stephenson (Tammy) of Goddard, Daniel Lynn Ashley of Elk Grove, Tim Jacobs (Debbie) of Wichita, Kansas and Stacey Iaccarino (Richard) of Long Island; and his siblings, Gayelynn Ashley, Vivian Littlejohn (Tim) and Lyle Rhoades (Debbie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey West Mortuary (10515 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209).

A memorial has been established with: Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas 67219. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Douglas Ashley 's name.
