He is survived by: his father Cecil Douglas; his wife Barbara Howarter; his daughters, Kelsey Rose (Hunt) of Tulsa, OK, Justine Ablah (Jake) of Prairie Village, KS and Natalie Howarter (Dominic Gassman) of Prairie Village, KS; his grandchildren, Lyle and Lowen Rose; and his siblings, Gary Howarter and Cheryl Singhisen.
