He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Draper and Florence Draper; and his siblings, Ellen and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Payton; and his children, Timothy, Tammy, Tonja, Troy and Rose Hill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
