She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Nelson and Hattie Nelson (Hall); her husband Dewey Brittain; her grandchildren, Joshua Brittain and Natasha Arvidson; and her great grandchild Garrett Oliphant.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lynde, Michael Brittain (Dixie) and Regina Brittain; and her grandchildren, Michelle Rosenboom, Jacob Brittain, Tiffany Brittain, Amy Huffman, Kicia McCarty, Jessie McCarty and Trisha Sullivan. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
