He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his son Kevin Troy Bell; his sisters, Barbara, Mary, Theresa, Gwendolyn, Katie, Monica and Joyce; his foster sister Mary Francis Richards; and his granddaughter Brianna Grace Chavis.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jackson Mortuary (1125 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67214). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Ascension Cemetery (7200 E 45th St N, Bel Aire, KS 67226).
