He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eldon; his parents, Harold and Ella; his former wife Mary Belle; his brother Norman; and his grandson Ryan Hetzel.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Bryon; his daughter-in-law Kim Hetzel (Bales); his daughter Tonnya Lewis; his stepdaughter Angie Love; his grandson Eric Hetzel (Mary Beth); his great grandchildren, Juliet, Kate, Henry, Elise and Anna; and his grandson Jacob Lewis.
