He is survived by: his wife Jan Mullenix; his daughter Tammy King-Mullenix (Norman King); his son-in-law Joe Novak; his grandchildren, Justine Reynolds (Robert Reynolds) and Jonathan King; his great grandchildren, Kaya King and Lincoln Reynolds; and his brother Don Mullenix.
