She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Maddox and Charlotte Maddox; her brother Charles Edwin Maddox; and her husband Daniel Dean Hoch of Church's Singles Group. She is survived by: her brothers, Jerry Maddox (Ramona), Mike Maddox (Michele) and Marty Maddox (Sue). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
