She was predeceased by: her grandfather Urbano Ponce. She is survived by: her parents, Alvaro Ponce and Alicia Ponce; her children, Lysette and Arturo; her brothers, Gordo (Jasmine Ponce), Eric Ponce and Brian Ponce; her grandmothers, Carmen Ponce and Teresa Martinez; her uncle Manuel Ponce Arreola; and her pets, Teddy Ponce and Linda Ponce.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary (201 S Hydraulic Ave, Wichita, KS 67211). A rosary was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (430 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67202). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Kechi Cemetery (6523 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67219).
