He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Brooke Fields-Ethridge (Kris) and Lindsay Davis (David); his grandchildren, Luke Ethridge, Grace Ethridge, Piper Davis, Lylah Davis, Elijah Ethridge, Shelby Davis and Millie Gene Davis; his siblings, Steph Fields-Bova (Basil), Malcolm Fields (Lisa), Owen Fields (Donna) and Andy Fields; his godsons, Brandon Lewis, Max and Sam Fields; and his daughter Abby Betzen. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Asbury Church (2801 W 15th St N, Wichita, KS 67203).
