He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cullen and Angela Cullen; and his sister Lorraine Merydith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hirsh; his sisters, Jeanette Siemens (Jerry) and Loretta Neyer (Terry); and his grandson Alex Downey (Little). He is also survived by Sister Heather Leader, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He and Carol enjoyed square dancing, biking, and playing pickleball at Andover Recreation before Covid hit.
