We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2025, at the age of 98, Faye M. Reed (Wichita, Kansas), born in Chelsea, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; her parents, Arthur R. Tuggle and Georgia May Tuggle (Mack); her siblings, Robert Tuggle (Mary), Brian Tuggle, Jr., Sidney Tuggle and Mary Windham (Everett); and her son Mike Reed (Des).
She is survived by: her son Gene Reed (Chris); her grandchildren, Jake Reed (Nancy), Matt Reed (Rachel), Ben Reed (Jennifer) and Christi Mejias (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Maya Reed, Kennedy Reed, Jackson Reed, Cooper Gromala, Grace Gromala, Charlie Reed, Landon Schmidt, Brooklyn Reed, Katie Reed, Cooper Reed, Riley Schmidt, Landon Thomas and Sophia Mejias.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Northside Church of Christ.
