She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy; her daughter Carol Smith; her sons-in-law, Jerry Smith, Michael Unrein and Jim Oates; her parents, John Pfeifer and Josephine Pfeifer; her siblings, Albert Pfeifer, Walter Pfeifer, Josephine Wiesner and Alice Eichelberger; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Pfeifer, Helen Pfeifer, Marvin Wiesner and Robert Eichelberger.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Oates, Jewell Unrein and James Southard of Wichita. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (3205 E Grand St, Wichita, KS 67218). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
